This extended class is for:
- All levels, however, may not be suitable for complete beginners. Please message me to check suitability.
- Anyone that would love to take a weekend yoga retreat but just can’t find the time or maybe the money!
This extended class will include:
- A 30 min initial warm up to connect with the breath, how we’re feeling and get the body moving.
- An hour or so flow style practice to free up the body, centre the mind and regulate our breathing.
- A 30 min practice of “yin style” floor-based poses designed to stretch and release tension.
- A 30 min relaxation including breathing, relaxation or meditation techniques.
- An afternoon tea to finish with cakes and refreshments provided by me.
Expect to leave:
- Feeling physically freer and lighter as we stretch and release tight muscles.
- Feeling mentally calmer as we quieten a busy mind
