Afternoon Yoga Retreat - 


Set in the beautiful setting of College Farm, Long Crendon.  Combining yoga, meditation and breath work to hit pause on our busy lives and help release physical and mental stresses:

  • Meditation and breath work (pranayama) to quieten the mind
  • A hatha flow yoga practice to connect to the breath and release tension from the body
  • Restorative yoga poses and a guided relaxation to complete our practice and leave us perfectly restored
  • Open to all levels including beginners
