As a new mum we spend all our time focusing on our new baby and often forget to take care of ourselves. In the classes baby comes too but we focus on supporting you and your postnatal recovery.
It may be tempting to start exercising like you did before pregnancy but your body has undergone a lot of change. In postnatal yoga we focus on poses that will help to strengthen and stabilise your body after birth. Like pregnancy it can also be an emotionally challenging time (especially with the lack of sleep!). So we focus on breathing and relaxation practices that will help you feel calm, centred and provide some much needed rest.
Classes are suitable from 6 weeks - crawling.
Classes run as a 6x week course. The dates for 2020 are:
10th June - 15th July
