Classes are suitable from 14 weeks gestation – full term.
A relaxed, accessible prenatal yoga class suitable for all levels including beginners. Each class comprises of gentle stretches to open the body and relieve any pregnancy related discomfort. A series of standing postures and modified sun salutations follow to build strength and prepare your body for baby’s birth, finishing with a long relaxation. There is a strong focus on the breath throughout to help you stay calm and centred during your pregnancy and labour.
