I found yoga about 15 years ago when I took my first class as a stressed out 20-something living in London. I was hoping for nothing more than a bit of exercise and certainly didn’t bargain for a complete life change! I loved my first class, some of the poses were a little tricky and my breath was all over the place. However with a little patience and practice I really began to feel the benefits. I started to feel freer in my body, less stressed and generally just more balanced. From this point on I was hooked!
I qualified as a teacher with The Yoga Academy in 2009, accredited with both the British Wheel of Yoga and the Yoga Alliance. Since then I have completed prenatal yoga training with Triyoga in 2011 and postnatal training with Birthlight in 2015.
My aim is to help all my students through regular practice to realise stronger, healthier bodies and calmer, more centred minds.
